TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE
The Technology Committee will acts as a clearinghouse for information
on new technologies that may have relevance to the business of MMGMA members. It may arrange for
programs or develop a reference library of information which members can access.
Membership
The president of MMGMA, with the concurrence of the Executive Committee of the
Board of Directors, will appoint and active member to serve as chair. The chairperson will appoint
as many other members necessary to conduct the business of the Committee. The term of office of
all appointed members is one year.

Meetings
The Technology Committee will meet in person or by telephone conference call as often
as necessary to conduct the business of the Committee. A report of the proceedings shall be
forwarded to the Executive Committee of the MMGMA.
