PUBLIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE
The role of the Public Relations Committee is to increase the visibility of MMGMA and provide a mechanism for MMGMA to communicate with other health care organizations and its publics. The Committee is responsible for drafting and distributing news releases publicizing conference speakers, election results, committee appointments and significant events and ensuring that a photographic record of designed events is maintained.

Membership
The president of MMGMA, with the concurrence of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors, will appoint an active member to serve as chair. The chairperson will appoint as many other members as may be necessary to conduct the business of the Committee. The term of office of all appointed members is one year.

Meetings
The Member Services Committee shall meet at least annually in person or by telephone conference call. A report of the proceedings shall be forwarded to the Executive Committee of the MMGMA.
