PROGRAM COMMITTEE
The Program Committee develops the educational content for the regular fall and spring conferences and for any special educational programs sponsored by MMGMA. This committee also sets the dates for the conferences, makes all necessary arrangements and works with the vendors to ensure successful programs. This is a key committee for our state organization.

Membership
The president-elect of MMGMA shall chair the Program Committee. The first vice-president and the educational liaison are permanent appointees to the Committee. The chairperson of the Program Committee will appoint as many other members as necessary to conduct the business of the Committee. The term of office for appointed members is one year.

Meetings
The Program Committee will meet as often as necessary but not less than twice a year. Meeting may be conducted by telephone conference call.

NOTE: The Executive Committee has reaffirmed their position by stating that MMGMA vendors may not serve on the Program Committee.
