NEWSLETTER COMMITTEE
To ensure the regular communication of information to its membership,
MMGMA periodically publishes a newsletter. The Committee requests regular article contributions
from the officers and standing committees, ACMPE representative and affiliated organizations.
Members may also report on programs and conferences they have attended, write or contribute to
newsletter columns and explore areas of interest to its readers. Its charge is to make the
communication between members as informative and dynamic as possible.
Membership
The president of MMGMA, with the concurrence of the Executive Committee of
the Board of Directors, will appoint an active member to serve as chairperson of the Newsletter
Committee. The chairperson will appoint as many other members as may be necessary to conduct the
business of the Committee. The term of office of all appointed members is one year. The executive
secretary of the MMGMA will serve as staff to the Committee.

Meetings
The Newsletter Committee will meet in person or by telephone conference call
as often as necessary to conduct the business of the Committee. A report of the proceedings
shall be forwarded to the Executive Committee of the MMGMA.
